What date/time event start and end?

• Event Date/Time: 5/17/2015 Sunday from 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM
• Event Location: Clifton Middle School Auditorium, 226 South Ivy Avenue, Monrovia, CA
• Parking: Limited on-site parking. Street parking available

What to expect in the event?

• Los Angeles Tamil School students and parents will be performing variety of Tamil Cultural Program such as Songs, Dances, Skits and variety programs
• All students will be recognized as part of their graduation
• Snack will be provided during the break. Dinner will be available for the people who prepaid/bought dinner tickers

Do I need a ticket to attend LATS Annual day event?

• No tickets required. Admission is free.

Dinner Details  

• Dinner will be available at a nominal price.
• Cost: Adult boxed dinner – 5$ and Kids boxed dinner – 3$ (Food Supplier - Briyani Factory, Cerritos)
• Adult Dinner Menu: Briyani, 2 Chappathis, Veg Kurma, Curd Rice with Pickle, Sweet and Water
• Kids Dinner Menu: 4 Pooris, Panner butter masala, Curd Rice with Pickle, Sweet and Water
• Dinner will be distributed in the school Cafeteria ONLY after the event (after 6:30 PM)
• Dinner tickets to LATS Parents will be given to them on 5/10/2015. They can buy additional dinner tickets for guests.
• Other guest can send dinner request via email to LATSAnnualDayRSVP@yahoo.com with your name and number of adult and kids dinner boxes. Guests can pay ahead of time or on the event day to pick up your food. Only cash payment accepted.
