New students enrolling into Grade 1 and above classes need to take an evaluation test. Refer to the Academics page for skill levels, age restrictions etc to register into appropriate class.

Registration Fees Structure

Every student needs to pay the Tuition and Book Fees at the start of the school year or early. Tuition fee for all the three terms is $275.00. Fee includes ONE set of books needed for the school year. Books will be handed out to the student on the first day of the school or upon joining LATS which ever is later.

Payment must be made in-person to your registration officer/coordinator and check's must be payable to 'Los Angeles Tamil School'. Checks are the only mode of payment.

Tuition Fee Refund Policy:
  •     Withdraw before school starts, $20.00 service charge (Any books or materials have to be returned to be eligible for refund) and refund 100%.
  •     Withdraw before the start of second term, refund 50% of the tuition fee
  •     No refund for withdrawals after the start of second term.
A written withdraw request must be submitted to the coordinator to get the refund. No refund will be processed without the written request.
